How do I add an item?

Open the Items tab and tap the + button. Pick a category (Home, Vehicle, Appliance, Pet, etc.), tell us the make and model, and we will suggest a maintenance schedule pulled from our built-in task library.

How do reminders work?

Every scheduled task becomes a reminder. By default we send a push notification on the due date. You can switch on email or in-app reminders per task in your notification preferences.

Can I share my household with my family?

Yes. Family plan members invite up to 5 additional people. Each member sees shared items and can be assigned tasks. Personal items stay private to the owner.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iOS, go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On the web, go to Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings → Account → Delete account. We remove all your data including items, schedules, photos, and family memberships. This cannot be undone.
